Your privacy rights are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using TokSlash, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. License

Free tier: You may use TokSlash Free for personal and commercial purposes, subject to the daily quota limit (50 cache hits/day).
Pro tier: A one-time payment grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for one individual user to use TokSlash Pro on up to 3 devices simultaneously. "Perpetual" means you have the irrevocable right to use the version purchased indefinitely. Minor updates (v1.x) are included. Major version upgrades (v2.0+) may require a separate purchase at a discounted rate for existing customers.

3. Termination

Your license is effective until terminated. We may terminate your license if you breach these terms. Upon termination, you must cease using TokSlash Pro. Sections relating to disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.

4. Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software
Share your license key with others
Use TokSlash to build a competing product
Remove or alter copyright notices

5. Refunds

We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase for any reason. To request a refund, email support@stratsapien.com with your order details within 14 days of your purchase date. Upon approval, your license key will be revoked and you will receive a full refund. After 14 days, no refunds will be provided except as required by applicable law.

6. Disclaimer

TOKSLASH IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED. YOU USE TOKSLASH AT YOUR OWN RISK. ALWAYS KEEP BACKUPS OF YOUR IMPORTANT FILES.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall TokSlash or its operators be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong Province, China.

9. Export Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all applicable export control laws. TokSlash may not be available in certain jurisdictions.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of TokSlash after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding TokSlash, superseding any prior agreements or representations.
